| Abstract: | We have to reinforce the rule of law outside, and use moral principle such as unifying duty and interest, mutual benefit reciprocity honesty and faith to hold in the economy subjects ' prevailing c onduct inside, so that we can restrain the unjust competition under the market economy conditions. |
