| 摘 要： | “廉价政府”理论是马克思主义理论的重组部分,构建节约型政府是我党对马克思主义“廉价政府”理论的继承和发展,通过厉行节约,精简机构,提高行政效率,大力进行反腐败等措施构建节约型政府。是新时期我国政府机构改革的战略目标。

| Abstract: | The theory known as "inexpensive government"is an essential part of Marxism.On the basis of this great theory,our government has developed a resource-efficient government.We establish such a government by practising strict economy,maximizing administrative efficiency and launching large scale anti-corruption campaingn etc.And it is a strategic goal of the reform of government organizations in new period as well. |
