Abstract:Shortage of college teachers is our urgent problem.It is the establishment of the system to strictly assess the applicants' proficiency and the adoption of the flexible,varied ways of recruitment,both based on the view of our own teaching staff,that enables the college to be in an invincible position in the face of keen personnel competition.
