| 摘 要： | 本文总结了世界电信业发展历程中的三次兼并浪潮，在此基础上深主分析了电信业兼并的五个主要动因。即经营协同效应，市场力量，电信技术发展，电信行业及有关这制政策，电信全球竞争趋势。其中，经营协同效应和市场力量属于企业兼并的内部动因，而技术，政策和竞争全球化则属于外部推动因素。
