普通高校团队教学模式的应用研究

摘    要:团队教学可以实现职称结构、年龄结构、实践经历等方面的优势互补,可以有效避免单一学科、单一视角、单一观点的局限性,以教带研,以研促教,着重推进一种改变课型、改变传统的教学模式。通过列举团队教学模式的个案,提出相关的体系架构研究,旨在建立一个团队教学模式。

Abstract:Team teaching can make complime ntary advantage of team members academic titles, age, practicing experiences and so on while avoiding the restraint of a single discipline and single perspective of single view point on the part of an individual teacher, in this way, both teaching and research can be boosted, and traditional teaching model can be changed and improved. The present study aims by listing and explaining different models of team teaching and by putting forward of team teaching.
