摘    要:本文介绍了基于CAN总线通信的称重系统设计,该系统利用CAN总线将若干个单片机系统连接成一个称重系统。各分立的单片机系统将通过传感器获取称重信息,根据所获得信息处理结果,然后对机械系统进行控制。所有的单片机系统和主控制器连接,将相关的信息和数据传给主控制器,主控制器来完成相关的协调、控制、报警和人机对话工作。最后对几种工业通信方式进行了对比,论证了CAN总线作为该称重加料系统的优势。

Abstract:This paper describes the design of the weighing system of the CAN bus communication. The system connects a number of SCM systems into a weighing system through the CAN bus. After get weighing information through the sensor, each separate single-chip system will dispose the results according to the information obtained, and then control the mechanical part. All the SCM systems are connected with the main controller and transfer the relevant information and data to it. This controller will carry on the relevant coordination, control, alarming and man-machine interaction. Finally, this paper compares several industrial communication modes and demonstrates the advantages of CAN bus in the weighing feeding system.
