教育集团的若干基本问题研究

本文借鉴企业集团理论,对教育集团的基本问题进行分析。分析说明教育集团不具有独立的法人资格;应以资本或协议作为主要联结纽带,以专业和人才培养作为辅助纽带;按照不同的划分标准可以将教育集团划分为不同类型;在组织机构上,教育集团的组织结构可分为核心层、紧密层、半紧密层、松散层四个层次;在组建模式上,可根据各成员单位实现集团化办学的结合关系进行分类。

A Research on Some Basic Issues of Education Group

Borrowing the enterprise group theory,this paper analyses the basic features of education group and argues that it does not enjoy the qualification as an independent legal person.Instead,it should be mainly linked by capital or agreements,with specialty and talent training as assistant link.Education group can be divided into different types according to different standards.For instance,it will have two types in accordance with different joint ties:equity-based and contract-based;concerning organization institutions,the organizing structure of education group can be put on four levels,i.e.;based on the connection relations among each member who is devoted to operating school in the form of group,there are basically three models of construction.
