从《通典·边防》看杜佑民族思想

杜佑从发展的角度看待少数民族与中原王朝的关系,是对唐初民族政策的继承;安史之乱后,杜佑重新思索中央王朝与周边民族的关系,主张＂严夷夏之别＂,提出：＂外而不内,疏而不戚,来则御之,去则备之＂的边防政策,是对唐王朝所临困境的一种客观反映。

Du You s National Thought from Frontier of Tong Dian

Du You judged the relationship between center plain dynasty and minority power from the perspective of development. His thinking is an inheritance of Tang dynasty＇s national policy. By reconsidering the relationship between Hua and Yi after the Insurrection Waged by AN Lu-shan and SHI Si-ming, Du You advocated that there were many differences between them and put forward a policy of frontier. The policies are： external not internal, be far away and not to be intimate, to prevent the enemies＇ invasion and to prepare after the enemies＇ leaving. They are the objective reflection ofdifticulties in early Tang Dynasty.
