产淀粉酶芽孢杆菌的筛选和分离

摘    要:利用筛选培养基从土壤中分离出8株产淀粉酶的菌株,测得其水解圈直径与菌落直径的比值,在1.4—2.4之间。经过液体发酵后测发酵液中淀粉酶活,有2株菌株产淀粉酶酶活较高,分别为1.06、1.29。经过菌落形态观察、革兰氏染色和芽孢染色初步鉴定这2株菌株为芽孢杆菌属。

Abstract:8 bacteria strains with activity of amylase were isolated from soil. The ratio of hydrolysis zone diameter to colony diameter was 1.4 - 2.4. By fermentating the liquid culture medium, 2 of the strains had high activity of amylase, which were 1.06, 1.29. By Gram's staining and spore staining, the 2 strains were identified as Bacillus strains.
