| 摘 要： | 利用筛选培养基从土壤中分离出8株产淀粉酶的菌株，测得其水解圈直径与菌落直径的比值，在1．4—2．4之间。经过液体发酵后测发酵液中淀粉酶活，有2株菌株产淀粉酶酶活较高，分别为1．06、1．29。经过菌落形态观察、革兰氏染色和芽孢染色初步鉴定这2株菌株为芽孢杆菌属。

| Abstract: | 8 bacteria strains with activity of amylase were isolated from soil. The ratio of hydrolysis zone diameter to colony diameter was 1.4 - 2.4. By fermentating the liquid culture medium, 2 of the strains had high activity of amylase, which were 1.06, 1.29. By Gram＇s staining and spore staining, the 2 strains were identified as Bacillus strains. |
