| Abstract: | In this paper, the author analyses the necessity and importance of establishing spokesman system in universities and its current problems, and also makes a valuable probe on how to establish it. The author puts forward some new ideas and thinking, and hopes to have implications for information dissemination mechanism in universities as well as for democracy construction. |
