综合用地地价评估方法研究

随着社会经济的快速发展,城镇用地中,土地上附属物大多数是店铺和住宅的综体,其土地更多的表现为商住综合用途,所以对城市综合用地的评估越来越重要,本文运用基准地价系数修正法和收益还原法相结合的方法,来评估综合用地的地价。
