高师体育与中学新师资的关系

高师体育的课程体系、教学内容及师德培养教育与中学教育事业;育人能力与中学教养职能;创新能力与中学教研职能;知识面与中学教学职能等存在着矛盾与差距。这就要求高师体育应采取措施,培养一批适合中学素质教育的新师资。

There is some distance between the curriculum system and the teaching contents at col lege and the educational goal in middle school; between the ability of creation trained at college and the ability of research in middle school;between the nowledeg gained at college and the ability of be ing teachers in middle school. Some measure must be taken to meet the needs to educate a new gen eration who will suit to the quality-oriented education in middle schools.
