| 摘 要： | 在中学背越式跳高教学中，哪种教学方法更适合高中学生的特点？章通过实验法，并结合问卷调查，课后谈话以及课后小结进行对比与分析，提出采用“逆向”教法是适合高中学生身心特点的最佳教学方法。
