| 摘 要： | 80年代邓小平同志就指出，足球要从娃娃抓起。然而10多年过去了，当中国足球再次让中国人蒙羞时，重温邓小平的这段教诲，我们发现，中国足球10多年发展改革的最大失误其实就在于没按小平同志的指示去办。
