摘    要:为了从柿叶中提取具有降血压功能及促进植物生长作用的柿叶黄酮 ,通过提取溶剂和吸附树脂的筛选 ,选用 p H为 1 3的水作溶剂 ,成本低 ,工艺安全、简单 .然后用 YF- I树脂吸附 ,乙醇洗脱 .提取获得的粗黄酮 ,其组份通过纸色谱和紫外光谱比较与有机溶剂提取法基本相同 ,且具备生物活性

Abstract:In order to extract persimmon flavone glucosides from the persimmon leafage, which has the effects of treating hypertension and promoting the vegetable growth, screen tests were carried out to select the best absorbent resin and extracting solvent. By using pH13 water solvent to extract persimmon flavone glucosides, it could reduce the cost with safer and simpler techniques. YF 1 resin was used to absorb the persimmon flavone glucosides. Alcohol was used for elution. Compared with the products by the traditional extraction method, they were similar to each other when examined by paper chromatography, UV spectrum and bioassay, which could strongly stimulate the seed germination of Brassica Chinensis.
