摘    要:为了满足大学生对体育课程的身体、心理以及社会适应等方面的综合需求,设计了"小组合作—分解串联—逐步考试"的多元教学模式。经过两学期两轮的教学实验,结果表明:实验组学生在太极拳的动作规格、动作熟练程度、劲力与节奏、精神与布局等各技术环节掌握程度上要优于对照组并达到了显著水平;实验组学生在学习态度、学习兴趣、课内外参与程度、学习效果、课堂学习氛围、合作与交往、自信心、竞争意识等方面要优于对照组并达到了显著水平。得出结论:此教学模式注重教学理念、教学方法、教学组织形式和考核方法的更新,能满足大学生对太极拳课程的多元需求,实现教学过程的优化。

Abstract:In order to satisfy university students’ comprehensive demands on body and psychology as well as social adaptation in P.E.curriculum,a teaching model of "Decomposition and Connection-Group Cooperation and Gradual Examination" has been established.After two semesters and two rounds teaching experiment,the result shows that: the experimental group students surpass the control group and achieve the remarkable level in grasping skills and learning ability.Therefore,this pattern pay more attention to renew the teaching method,the teaching organization forms and the test assessment methods,it is advantageous in satisfying university students’ multi-dimensional demands and realizing the optimization of Taijiquan teaching process.
