基于核心体验目标的用户体验量化研究

摘    要:传统用户体验量化均采用主观评分的方法,对不同的评估对象采用相同的评价标准,并未考虑维度间不同权重因素带来的影响,缺乏客观性、针对性。文章从用户体验目标入手,在尼尔森可用性准则的基础上提出了基于核心体验目标的用户体验量化方法,与现有用户体验更关注产品缺陷与不足不同,该方法采用根据评估对象核心任务确定量化标准的逆向过程,不仅使量化结果更加直接、客观,也使其评估目标聚焦于产品用户体验的改善。其特点在于通过量化检测产品内部更迭版本和同类产品的用户体验,辅助决策评估对象的用户体验提升发展方向并指定产品策略。

Abstract:The traditional methods quantified UX of different objects with the same criteria which ignored the weight factors of different evaluation dimensions by subjective scoring;it is lack of objective,targeted.This paper proposed a new quantitative method of UX based on the core experience goals combined with Nielsen’s usability guidelines.The current UX methods focus on defection and problem identification,this approach is more concerned about the improvement of UX of products because of the reverse quantitative process that determines the criteria by the core experience goals.The feature of this quantitative method is the ability to decide the direction to enhance UX of different versions of the same product or the similar products by quantitative comparing UX between them.
