| 摘 要： | "新中国有几部宪法"的发问,产生了口语表达和理论认识上的不同宪政意义,即文本意义和宪政意义的不同理解.在依宪治国的今天,不拘泥于宪法史上"几部"宪法的盘点和依恋,强调"中华人民共和国宪法"的唯一地位,是我国民主宪政进程的重要要求,特别是要强调现行宪法的独特地位,使其作为新一轮宪政的开启之法.
