| 摘 要： | 随着人们收入水平的提高和闲暇时间的增加,休闲大众化的趋势已经形成.针对高校大学生的休闲状况,有关学者对25所高校3 020名学生进行问卷调查,结果显示:我国高校大学生由于缺乏休闲技能,闲暇生活质量不高,闲暇生活层次低.高校休闲教育缺失是大学生休闲生活出现问题的关键因素之一.鉴于此,可选择路径是:高校应将休闲教育纳入教育体系中,使大学生充分了解休闲、认识休闲;改善休闲环境,完善休闲空间体系;加强休闲生活体验与实践,积极鼓励社区参与.

| Abstract: | An investigation on 3 020 students in 25 colleges and universities shows that the quality of students' life in leisure time is inadequate because of the shortage of the skills.One of the causes is that there is no pertinent courses in universities to demonstrate the students how to have a leisure time of high quality.The paper holds that leisure education should be introduced into universities. |
