| 摘 要： | 大学特色是指一所大学在长期的发展历程中形成的比较持久稳定的专有性或显著性发展方式和被社会公认的、独特的、优良的学校特征。大学特色是发展的，具有历史性与时代性。在大学发展中，大学特色是大学的生命力和竞争力所在。成熟的大学特色，具有多重性和多元发展的特点。大学特色是大学在长期的发展中自觉形成的，发展大学特色必须处理好物质形态、组织形态与观念(精神)形态的关系，以及继承与创新的关系。

| Abstract: | University characteristic refers to generally recognized, unique, fine school features of a university through its long-term development course. In the university development, university characteristics are the vital part of competition ability and the vitality of university. Mature university characteristics have the characteristics of multipleness and multivariate development. University characteristics are formed in a long-term development by the university. In order to develop these characteristics, we must distinguish some related forms, as well as inherit the tradition with innovation. |
