摘    要:踢毽是流传在我国民间较早较广的,又独具中国民族传统特色的一项体育运动,它寓乐趣性、观赏性、群体性于一体,是一个简便易学,独具技巧,易推广普及,参与性强,拓展性大的体育项目,是我国一项古老的健身方法,对于提升人体的心肺功能,促进血液循环,提高新陈代谢,增强体质都有很好的作用,深受各种人群的喜爱.

Abstract:Shuttlecock game has been popular in the Chinese society for a long time,which features typical Chinese national characteristics as a sport.It is fun,attractive and popular.It is easy to learn,to spread and to participate as a widely_loving sport.As an ancient sport,it can promote the function of lungs and hearts,to improve the blood circulation,to improve the function of organs and thus strengthen our body.So it is deeply love by the people of all walks.
