基于技术风险的并行研发联盟成员投资策略研究

研究了存在技术风险时,平均分配和按投入比例分配方式下并行研发联盟成员的投资策略,并分析了技术风险和利益分配方式对联盟成员投资策略的影响。研究表明,当市场收益较高时,技术风险和市场收益均能提高并行研发联盟成员的期望投入,因此并行合作研发适合于市场收益和技术风险均较大的新品研发;按投入比例分配比平均分配获得的联盟成员期望投入多,所以并行研发联盟应尽可能按投入比例分配收益,促进合作研发的成功。

Research on Members' Investment Polices in Parallel R&D Alliances with Technological Uncertainty

In this research,the investment polices of parallel R&D alliance members with technological uncertainty under equal and proportional profit sharing arrangement is studied,and the impact of technological uncertainty and profit sharing arrangement on members' investment polices is analyzed.It shows that parallel cooperative R&D is suit for developing new products with high market returns and technological uncertainty,as both market returns and R&D risk can promote member's expected investment when market is comparatively high;parallel R&D alliances should share profit proportionally to make a success in cooperative R&D,as members' expected investment under proportional profit-sharing arrangement is higher than that under equal profit-sharing arrangement.
