人力资源管理教学方法的探讨

人力资源管理是高等院校管理类专业开设的一门专业技术课，也是高职业技术院校开设的必修课。为了培养企业实用型人才，满足用人单位的人才需求，经过自己的教学实践，从激发学生学习兴趣、培养学生应用能力、提高学生的接受能力、考试方法模式改进等方面，总结出了提高人力资源管理教学效果的经验。

On the Teaching Method for Human Resource Management

The course, Human Resource Management, is specially provided for the students of management disciplines in Chinese universities and colleges, and is also a required course for the students of vocational schools. In order to educate practical personnel for the needs of enterprises, the experiences for improving the teaching effects of Human Resource Management are introduced in the fields of stimulating learning interest, improving the application ability, improving reception ability of the students together with examination reform in this paper.
