| 摘 要： | 信息时代的教育对教师提出了新的要求,教师要通过专业化发展来顺应教育新的发展趋势。网络教师共同体为教师专业化发展提供有效的途径。文章通过对网络教师共同体知识建构的特征、方法、过程和环境等要素进行探讨和研究,以推动教师专业化更好地发展。
