| Abstract: | This article analyses the principle on which Chinese learners construct their English utterances as well as the characteristic patterns encountered in their English uttera nces.In the author' s opinion,Chinese learners should try to generate and experimen t with as many different collocation s of the common English vocabulary as pos-sible ,based on the open -choice prin ciple,so as to improve their output a bility. |
