男子皮艇运动员不同训练阶段血红蛋白对血尿素氮变化规律的影响

摘    要:时福建省代表队男子皮艇项目王维、黄志鹏等7名优秀运动员在备战第十一届全国运动会不同训练阶段的生化指标进行测定.通过对冬训期、高原训练期、赛前训练期三个时期的血红蛋白(Hb)、血尿素氮(BUN)的对比,分析保持较高的血红蛋白对于运动员机能提高具有积极作用,以及通过高原训练对运动员血红蛋白的正面影响.

Abstract:The paper determined the biochemical indexes of Wang Wei, Huang Zhipeng and so on outstanding male kayak canoeists of Fujian province during the different training stages preparing the 11 th National Game. Comparing hemoglobin with BUN though winter training, altitude training and pre - competition training, analyzed that keeping higher hemoglobin plays an active role of functional improvement, the altitude training has the positive effective on the athletes' hemoglobin.
