摘    要:应用微核技术研究了甲胺磷、甲基硫菌灵、病易克在正常使用浓度范围内对柚茎尖细胞的遗传毒性.结果表明,3种农药对柚茎尖细胞均有一定程度的诱变活性,农药浓度与微核率呈剂量-效应关系.

Abstract:Genotoxicity of the three pesticides, Methamidophos, Thiophanate-methyl and Benzoic acid+Salicylic acid+Triacli-mefon in using the concentration range normally, on stem apex cells of Citrus grandis were studied by using micronucleus test technique. The results show that micronucleus frequency of Citrus grandis stem apex cells of the three pesticides groups are higher than that of control group. In a certain scope, the concentration of the pesticides and the micronucleus frequency display dosage-effect relation. This may be displayed that the three pesticides have potential of mutagenic activity.
