摘    要:文章提出了利用桌面虚拟现实技术在教学课件中应用的基本方法,通过开发"细菌和病毒的遗传"课件研究了桌面虚拟现实技术及其交互性、三维模型设计的方法和需要注意的问题,并通过开发U型管实验、DNA的摄取和整合、接合的机理与过程、性导的机理与过程及特殊性转导等内容实现了动态交互式演示和控制,在实际教学应用中收到了较理想效果。

Abstract:This paper proposes the basic method of application in teaching courseware from the use of Desktop Virtual Reality technique,researches on Desktop Virtual Reality technique,interactivity,design method of three-dimensional model and issues needing attention through the courseware development of "Genetic of Bacteria and Viruses",and realizes a dynamic interactive presentation and control through the development of "Uptake and Integration of DNA","Mechanism and Process of Conjugation"," Mechanism and Process of Sexduction" and "Specialized Transduction",receives better results in practical teaching application.
