食品营养标签对消费态度的影响

摘    要:全文对食品包装上的脂肪营养标签作为出发点,引入消费者情绪、消费者偏好两个影响消费态度的因素,考察两种消费者个体差异会对其阅读食品标签所产生的态度造成何种影响.结果得出,先前偏好和临时产生的情绪都会对消费态度改变产生显著的影响,并且偏好和情绪之间的交互作用也会对这种态度改变引出清晰的方向.

Abstract:Beginning with nutrition label about fat on the food package,this article introduces two factors,consumer bias,and consumer mood,which could affect consumer attitudes.Then it examines how individual differences impact on consumer attitude when they read nutrition label.In conclusion,the previous bias and the temporary mood will change consumer's attitude significantly,and the interaction between bias and mood will change and lead that attitude to a clear direction.
