论非物质文化遗产保护的相对性

文章认为非物质文化遗产的保护具有相对性,并从以下四个方面作了讨论与分析：1.从历史的角度看非物质文化遗产保护的相对性;2.非物质文化遗产原真性保护是相对的;3.遗产价值的相对性及保护意义的相对性;4.因人财物及技术限制保护只能是相对的。根据这些讨论和非物质文化遗产保护的相对性特点,提出如下保护思路与原则：1.保护与传承是一个无止境的事业;2.应该尊重和倡导自然自发的保护与传承;3.保护政策＂宜粗不宜细,宜宽不宜窄＂;4.遗产保护与社会发展、经济发展兼顾;5.遗产保护需要政府行为与民间自觉兼顾;6.原真性保护与非原真性保护兼顾。

On the Relativity of the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage

This article thinks that the protection of intangible cultural heritage has the relativity,and then makes the discussion and analysis from the following four aspects：1.researching the relativity of the protection of intangible cultural heritage from the historical aspect;2.the authenticity protection of intangible cultural heritage is relative;3.the relativity of heritage value and the protection value;4.the protection confined by the property and the technologies can only be relative.According to the above relative characters of the intangible cultural heritage,this article puts forward the following protection ideas and principles：1.the protection and the heritage are the boundless business;2.people should respect and propose the protection and the heritage;3.the policies of the protection should be wide but not be vivid;4.the protection of cultural heritage should give consideration to the society and the economy development;5.the protection of the heritage should give consideration to the folk;6.the authenticity protection and non-authenticity should give consideration to each other.
