| 摘 要： | 借用R.W.康奈尔有关男性气质的一些理论,对小说《告诉我是谁》中男主人公威尔在婚姻生活中的经历进行分析,表明身处20世纪中期美国以消费为中心的文化中主人公对其自身男性气质和男性主体身份的焦虑,揭示其男性气质危机,进而展露郊区生活的虚无。

| Abstract: | It analyses Will Pym＇s experiences in his marital life in Just Tell Me Who It Was with R.W.Connell＇s theory of masculinities to show the hero＇s anxieties about his own masculinities and male subjectivity.Therefore,it is to reveal the hero＇s crisis of masculinities and the feeling of nihility in the suburban life. |
