Culture is the soul of tourism, the low quality of rural tourism root causes is caused by the weak of the rural tourism and cultural connotation. It＇ s a keenly promoted synergies in the process of all to strengthen the cultural connotations of rural tourism. From the perspective of the dynamic analysis, the rural elite is the role of the construction and deconstruction in the construction of cultural connotations of rural tourism, taking the revival of Bamboo Dragon as example.
