橄榄实生种子发芽实验及发芽率研究

橄榄是我国的传统特产名果，目前生产上主要采用实生播种繁育，但是生产上存在从采收到播种时间间隔长以及发芽率一直较低的状况，本实验通过不同的种果处理方法，借鉴活性测定选取其中三种较理想的方法与自然腐烂做对照，并在温室里作发芽率和植株长势情况比较，结果表明，应用NaOH处理去除果肉，可以大大缩短采收与播种的时间间隔，而且长势情况比自然腐烂好．但是处理后的发芽率相比自然腐烂下要低，今后可以通过进一步改进实验确定最优的去果肉方法，广泛应用于生产中．

Germinate experiment and Germination rate of Chinese olive seedlings

The Chinese olive is tradition and famous fruit of China,at present,propagation of seedling ia the most primary method,but too many time is wasting and low germination rate are exist.different methods were used to wipe off the flesh,then with activity determination,choose three preferable method to contrapose with natural carious,also investigated the germination rate and growth of young Chinese olive,the results showed that wipe off the flesh used Sodium Hydroxide can obviously shorten the time between harvest and planting,moreover,the growth vigor were better than natural carious Seed.however existential problem was lower germination rate,for the future,we can do further research and select the optimal decision to wipe off the flesh,consequently,use in production of Chinese olive widely.
