| Abstract: | By using the principles of timing circuit, electromagnetic brake, rod-fall control and so on, the measuring device for the speed performance reaction of upper limbs makes the operation method simple and data more precise at the measurement. Thus the simple and crude traditional Neilson measure methods are replaced by the measuring device. |
