| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,以独生子女人口的研究为切人点,从不同的角度剖析了我国竞技体育后备人才资源的现状,指出了独生子女对竞技体育后备人才资源影响的主客观因素,针对竞技体育后备人才资源储备减少及培养体制存在的弊端等问题,提出了扩大我国体育后备人才项目人口和训练人口的对策与建设性建议.

| Abstract: | By using the method of documentary,questionnaire and statistics,based on the research of singleton,this paper analyzes the current situation of China reserve human resources from different angles.The writer points subjective factors of singleton's influence on competitive sports reserve human resources.Aims at the problems of human resources decrease and cultivation system,the writer puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions about how to extend the event population and training population. |
