| 摘 要： | 邓小平把握了“三个世界”格局向“东西南北”格局转化的规律,揭示了整个世界主要矛盾的变化,从而作出了对当代世界的新的战略判断：“东西”问题是政治问题,“南北”问题是发展问题。邓小平形成时代主题判断的思维方式是他对政治与经济、战争与革命之间相互关系认识的调整。他观察和分析社会形势,实事求是地对世界范围的政治与经济、战争与革命的相互关系重新进行认识,作出了和平与发展是时代主题的论断。
