| Abstract: | The Sa skya Sect is one of the four main sects of Tibetan Buddhism. They adhere to taking in monks who are patriotic, devout, hard working, observing disciplines and abiding by laws. They have attached importance to the quality training of monks in an all round way and adopted the credit system in education. In order to train more young and knowledgeable cadres, they have sent managerial personnel to study in the hinterland in turns. [ |
