| 摘 要： | 孔子是伟大的思想家和教育家，其因材施教的教育思想强调观察了解学生，认识到学生的修养和认知层次、个性特征以及学习态度等方面的个体差异，施以不同的教育，取得了很好的教育效果，孔子的教育思想和实践对今天高校德育工作仍然具有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Confucius was a great thinker and educator who have made a great contribution to history of education in China. The educational thoughts of ＂teaching according to one＇ s ability＂ emphasize the observation of the students in order to give the different education by recognizing the individual differences of the accomplishments, the knowledge levels, the personality and the learning attitudes of the students.It produces the excellent educational effect.The educational thoughts and practice of the ＂teaching according to one＇s ability＂ still have referential significance on today＇s moral education in universitv. |
