| 摘 要： | 农地产权的制度安排自始至终就不可能脱离行政权力要素的介入,甚至可以说政治性的权力要素在其中起着主导因素.出现国家管理权和集体所有权向农户使用权的扩张,产权制度就会变得不稳定,绩效大大减弱.所以,从政治学的视野来分析当前我国农地产权问题,能更接近现实的制度安排.
