| 摘 要： | 师范院校百年发展历程中,积淀形成为农村教育服务的办学传统。社会转型、教育变革以及师范教育向教师教育的转型,带来师范院校与农村教育关系的疏离与淡化,造成农村教师队伍总量不足和结构不合理,严重影响教育公平和社会公平。教师教育的当下使命,是实现师范院校服务农村教育的职能、方式与机制的当代转型,加强农村教师队伍建设,也为自身找到一条更加充满活力的发展道路。
