本科教学质量评价的现状与改进探析

Thoughts on the Current Situation and Improvement of Undergraduate Teaching Quality Assessment

This article aims to explore the importance,principles and related innovation practice of undergraduate teaching evaluation.From this paper,it can be found that many effective teachers apply evaluation approaches,not just to score for students.More importantly,it is to evaluate the students’ efforts and progress situation,and use them as the basis of their curriculum plans.In a word,teachers should take evaluation as a continuous and sustainable part of teaching activities.They must carefully examine the results of evaluation in order to confirm learning needs of students and their misunderstanding,put forward adjustment means for curriculum objectives and teaching resources,and meanwhile,examine evaluation measures themselves so as to seek improvement.
