| 摘 要： | 德美两国都有比校成熟的违宪审查制,但是两国违宪审查制的理论基础、审查主体、审查方式和审查结果等却存在着明显的不同。对两国违宪审查制的不同及其优缺点进行分析比较,能够对完善我国的违宪审查制有所裨益。
