| 摘 要： | 影响远程开放教育质量的因素多种多样，其中学习者、学习资源、教师、教学管理等因素至关重要，须从建设一流的远程开放教材资源、坚持对学习者的教育和引导、造就教研结合的教师队伍、改进面授辅导方式、大力改革考核方式以及提升集中实践环节建设等方面加强质量保证体系建设。
