| 摘 要： | 企业转型升级与技能人才培养的关系极为密切。企业转型升级涉及到生产产业调整、经营模式更新、技术改造、新能源的开发利用等。而企业转型升级的要素中最主要的还是人才要素,这也成为温州企业转型升级制约的瓶颈。本研究基于温州企业的调研,在对成果和经验进行深度分析基础上,就如何更好地服务企业转型升级加强人才培养的问题,从政府、企业、学校不同角度提出了建议和思考。 |
