| 摘 要： | 我国要全面建设小康社会关键在农村。没有农村的全面小康，就不可能有整个中国的全面小康。而农村的小康又在于农业的现代化。因此，不断突破农业现代化过程中的困境，才能顺利实现自己的奋斗目标。
