论现代大学制度下高校内部运行机制的构建

从大学制度的历史演变来看,它具有多方面的社会功能。就国外大学而言,现代大学制度下的高校内部运行机制主要包括院系设置和内部运行两个方面。院系设置主要有“美国模式”和“日本模式”两种模式。大学内部管理可划分为学术(教学、科研)事务管理和非学术事务管理。我国高校构建内部运行机制的努力方向是转换思想观念,架构全新制度,调整院系设置,优化权力运行,改革管理模式。

On the Construction of internal operation of Modern Universities in China

Internationally,modern universities perform smoothly by two parallel systems.One is the system of schools and departments which are represented by American Model and Japanese Model while the other is the internal operation which manages academically and administratively inside the universities.The motivation of construction of internal operation of universities in China is to build new system,adjust the arrangement of schools and department,optimize power in performance and reform management.
