新课程背景下贫困地区初中教师状况调查报告

摘    要:对贫困地区部分初中教师进行调查,结果表明,大部分初中教师认同新课改,基本适应新课改的要求,课堂教学行为正在发生适应新课程的变化。但也存在着年轻教师少、职业认同感较低、教育观念与教育行为脱节等问题,需要引起足够的重视。

Abstract:The investigation,which carried out towards some middle school teachers in poverty area,showed that a majority of middle school teachers identified with the new curriculum.They basically adapted to the demand of the new curriculum,and the teaching activities in class were changing accordingly.However,there were some questions that should be paid attention.
