| 摘 要： | 依法治国的核心是依法行政，行政法的教育是我国法制建设的重要内容在高校的行政法教学中采用案例教学法有利于发挥学生的积极性和主动性，更好地理论联系实际．行政法案例主要分为三类：解题型、示范型、分析型，在实施教学中主要把握好三个环节：一是行政法案例的编写；二是行政法案例的分析和讲评；三是教学后的考评。
