| 摘 要： | 通过对不同水平的太极拳练习者用意时,脑电图进行功率谱分析,发现太极拳中,意具有抽象和复杂性,但是,用意时主要是β波主峰频率变化,集中表现在脑的2、3、4区变化,反映出用意的一些本质.

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the power chart of EEG (electroencephalogram) used to Taiji practisers of different levels when they are focusing their mind. It finds that focusing mind is both abstract and complicated. However, focusing mind changes the frequency of highest wave, mainly in cerebra region 2, 3 and 4, which reflects the nature of focusing mind. |
