国内外综合交通管理体制改革现状综述

文章总结了国外发达国家交通运输发展和改革规律,分析我国交通运输行政管理体制改革及发展方向和要求,借鉴国内省、市交通运输大部门体制改革实践经验,对国内外综合交通管理体制改革现状进行了综述,以期推动交通运输管理体制改革,提高交通运输行政管理效能。

A study of management system reform of integrated transportation in both China and other countries

This paper summarizes the law of transportation and communications development and reform in developed countries, analyzes the development trend and requirements of the administrative system reform of China’s transportation and communications, and draw on the reform experiences of super ministry system in the transportation and communications industry in some cities and provinces of China. By means of summarizing the administrative system reform of integrated transportation in both China and other countries, this paper aims to promote the management system reform of transportation and communications and to improve the efficiency of administrative management of transportation and communications.
